I would highly recommend platinum bridal boutique, I had an amazing experience very professional. Absolutely loved trying on the few dresses I did and I found my dress the same day. Very pleasant calm experience and didn’t feel rushed to make a decision about anything Sam is very lovely and definitely recommend going to see some of her beautiful dresses

Always expected to spend days shopping for my perfect dress but after seeing a post from PBB i saw the dress i knew was perfect for me!! i wasnt local but was offered a video call if i couldn't view in person,Samantha was great from start to finish,I had my dress delivered and it was tracked and insured and was perfect when it arrived,I would recommend highly xx

I said YES to the dress today! Sam is absolutely fantastic! so so funny and down to earth. After my shop experience I was hesitant but Sam really out me at ease! We tried all sorts of styles and she gave me so so many tips! Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! What can I say from start to finish excellent service welcoming atmosphere you felt relaxed as soon as we came in my daughter was really looked after well we all was. Sam is amazing. her customers service is fantastic. so considerate, patient and understanding. After having my wedding cancelled a few times last year I had fell out of love with my dress that I had I was disappointed and deflated. My trip to platinum bridal boutique was my best experience yet! I felt so at ease and calm trying on the different dresses and there was no pressure at all to make a decision.
